We embedded our team with the client to gain a full understanding of their practices, enabling the accurate recording and mapping of baseline processes and output. We workshopped potential risks and their solutions, and assessed and improved standard work processes. Conscious of safety risks and a desire to limit shutdown times, we provided real-time problem solving and intervention.
We ensured project’s early completion through our support to the construction process which improved productivity by 60%. The successful delivery of the structural remediation six days ahead of schedule provided the equivalent of A$18 million in refinery production revenue.
